    The Medium Density Residential Zone within the Gold Coast City Plan presents great opportunities for development, for Duplexes in particular. In some instances a town planning approval may not be required however where non-compliant with the 20m frontage requirement, a code assessable application is triggered. Fortunately, this can usually be facilitated through Council’s ‘self to code’ Risksmart process for speedy approvals.   • Place of Worship – Other Change

    In 2017 we obtained a development approval for the operation of a Place of Worship (church) within an existing industrial factory at Carrara. Following rapid growth of the congregation they purchased an additional factory unit on the same site and sought to expand their church by utilising the two units.
